The Lava V.300 Premium X commercial vacuum sealer boasts a 500 watt motor that is capable of -0.94mbar vacuum pressure. The double, ball bearing piston pumps are protected by a built in liquid and dust filter.  With adjustable vacuum that can be controlled down to -0.30mbar, this machine is a breeze to use. It is built for the most demanding environment and designed to work hard all day. With a 3mm double seal, you will get a seal that will last as long as you need to store the food.

Difference in the V.300 Premium X to the V.200 Premium X and V.100 Premium X

• The Lava V.300 Premium X commercial vacuum sealer has the vacuum control so you can regulate the pressure from -0.30mbar down to -0.94mbar, great function for soft foods. The V.200 and V.100 do not have the vacuum control
• The Lava V.300 Premium X commercial vacuum sealer is fully automatic from the start with a light push to the lid it goes to full vacuum and switches to seal and the automatically opens. It has an accurate vacuum gauge 
• The V.200 premium X is Semi automatic and starts with a light push to the lid it goes to full vacuum and switches to seal. You then need to push the red button on the vacuum filter to release the pressure and open the lid. It has a vacuum gauge by LED lights.
• The V.100 premium X is more of a manual machine where the vacuum starts with a light push to the lid then the seal is started by pushing the seal button. To open the lid you need to push the red button on the vacuum filter to release the pressure. The vacuum gauge is by a manual bar display.

The Lava V.300 Premium X commercial vacuum sealer generates a vacuum pressure of -0.94 mbar with continuous vacuum for large volume, and no over heating. Temperature dial should be turned down as low as possible for continuous use after the first half a dozen seals.
