Returning a product to be fixed.

If you are returning a product to be fixed then please contact us first as we may be able to trouble shot the problem with out sending it back. Once we agree to have it sent back please put a note in with name and order number in the box with it. Postage is at your cost and can be refunded if something is faulty and it is under warrantee and we will send it back at our cost. If the product is not faulty you will be liable for the postage to and from.

Returning a product for a refund.

If you are returning a product for a full refund we must receive the product in new condition with all of the accessories included and in undamaged retail packaging. Bags and rolls must be unopened. If they are not received in new condition, including the packaging and accessories, we can not offer a refund. Any vacuum sealers or accessories will incur a 20% restocking fee. Any postage or shipping costs are not refundable.

Ordered the wrong size bags or rolls.

If you have ordered the wrong size bags or rolls they can be returned for a full refund as long as the packet or roll has not been opened. Send back to the above address with your name and order number. Once we receive it we will refund the price of the returned product to your payment method used. Postage is not refundable
