Shipping Policy

Turnaround 

All orders, except to WA, are dispatched within 36 hours of receiving your order during business hours of M-F / 9am – 5pm. Anything ordered after 9am will be shipped out the following business' day. For WA, larger orders are shipped by sendle every 3 days.

Carriers 

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery to eastern states and 5 - 10 days to central and western states. For WA we do use Sendle for larger orders as they are a third of the cost of Aus post to WA. Sendle's delivery time for WA is 7 -10 days

Order Tracking 

We send you a tracking number with your confirmation email of your order being shipped. This number is a clickable link to all the tracking information of your order. It can also be used on the Australia post web site to track your order.

Shipping Rates 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on what Australia post charges us. We pay and print the labels which then go on a Australia post flat rate parcel bag or box if it is 5Kg or less and anything above 5Kg goes into a plain white bag or a cardboard box. 

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it. We only charge what Australia post charges us, we do not charge packaging or handling charges.

Back Orders 

We do not do back orders. We try our best to have things in stock if they are available on the web site. On the rare occasion that some thing is not in stock we will contact you and supply some options to resolve it in your favor. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy 

How to Return an Item. If we have correctly filled your order, yet you wish to return it, we will accept the return and refund the cost of the merchandise only. We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs. In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original unused condition. You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase. 

How to Exchange an Item 

If you have incorrectly placed an order and wish to exchange it we do not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs for the order to be exchanged and resent. For all exchanges, if applicable, you will be charged the difference in price between the original item and the exchanged item and you will also be charged for the shipping costs. 

In order to accept an exchange, the item must be in its original unused condition. You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase. 

Return& Exchange Exceptions 

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
